Job Details: Job Location: Anderson Hospital - Maryville, IL, Position Type: Full Time (80 Hours), Salary Range: $18.87 - $32.19Salary, Job Shift: Days, Job Category: Information Technology, JOB SUMMARY:Coordinates and maintains computer hardware, software, and peripherals.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Approaches problems analytically, using good judgment, common sense, and technical knowledge when problem solving. Makes every attempt to resolve tasks/calls quickly and limits the need to dispatch additional staff where possible. Focused on 100% uptime and customer satisfaction. Maintains inventory of spare parts and replacement equipment. Configures and tests new and existing systems. Repairs/refurbishes equipment. Escalates problems to support vendor as appropriate. Contributes to the productivity and efficient operation of the department through skills transfer, continued professional growth and self-education of new technologies. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Education Level:Associates Degree in an Information Technology field, or A+, or N+ certificationExperience Requirement:Must have working knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems. Knowledgeable of network protocols, desktop hardware configurations and printers.
