聽聽聽聽聽聽 Organizes, modifies, evaluates, documents, and maintains the plan of care for PACU patients based on total assessment and the age of the patients.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Participates and cooperates in the unit-based Quality Improvement processes.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Practices, develops and endorses customer service skills in relationships with internal and external customers.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Serves as the patient and family advocate with respect to the patient鈥檚 right to privacy by protecting confidential information.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Evaluates and documents patient鈥檚 response; monitors and recognizes changes in physiological and psychosocial status; takes appropriate action based on clinical condition, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology of patient.

聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follows established guidelines for reporting a significant medical error or unanticipated outcome in the patient鈥檚 care which results in patient harm

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Must read, write and communicate in English.
  • Basic Life Support and ACLS Certification required.
  • Critical Care experience preferred
  • Knowledge of applicable regulatory, compliance, and accreditation standards and requirements
