Basic Function: Supervise your team and set an example to ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to the client are being fulfilled according to Office Pride standards. This is a KEY role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance.

Basic Function: Supervise your team and set an example to ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to the client are being fulfilled according to Office Pride standards. This is a KEY role within the company and offers opportunity for advancement upon demonstrated performance.
Job Duties:
- Oversee your team on a daily basis
- Train and support new employees as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and provide re-training to employees when necessary
- Cross-train employees to work in buildings to provide coverage when needed
- Ensure facilities have working equipment and enough supplies to get the job done, report problems/shortages to the office
- Ensure compliance of Office Pride policies and procedures
- Enforce safety and security measures at all times
- Follow-up on customer complaints (coordinate with the office)
- Perform other duties/tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English
- Must be able to multi-task, be dependable, have excellent communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where changes may occur with little notice
- Must be able to maintain open communication with the leadership team, clients, and employees
- History that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility
- Must have ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must care about quality, be detailed oriented, and work at an efficient pace
- Able to lift 35 lbs and physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel to our office in Mason City
- Must be okay working in a factory environment (using PPE when required) when necessary
Job Details:
- Located in Mason City, IA
- Travel outside of Mason City will be required
- Managers are eligible to use a company vehicle
- Flexibility on scheduling/availability is required
- Managers are eligible for benefits including health insurance
- Full time position guaranteed 30 hours per week, up to 40 per week with occasional overtime as needed
