Location: Matawan, NJ
Salary: $25.00–$28.00 per Hour

Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is thrilled to invite a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a wonderful child in Matawan, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities!

Schedule:

• Monday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Thursday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Every Other Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging one-to-one ABA therapy services
• Implement personalized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Inspire communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills
• Collect data and document session progress with enthusiasm
• Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure success
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience working with children preferred
• RBT Certification preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to pass required background screenings
