Lead Plumbing Service Technician

About the role

M.D. Plumbing & Mechanical is looking for an experienced Lead Plumbing Service Technician to join our team in Matthews, NC. If you take pride in your work and want to be paid well for it, we want to talk to you. We pay above industry standard, and top performers earn $75,000–$120,000 a year through commission, bonuses, and spiffs.

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Lead service calls from start to finish with professionalism and great customer care
• Present repair options and recommendations to customers
• Mentor and support other technicians on the team
• Keep your company vehicle, tools, and paperwork in good order

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of plumbing service experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay and benefits

• $75,000–$120,000 annual earning potential (commission-based, plus bonuses and spiffs)
