Patient Service Manager Mon.-Fri. 7:15am - 5PM

JOB TITLE: Patient Service Manager

REPORTS TO:  Director of Operations / Physician Leadership

FLSA STATUS:  Full-time / (exact hours will vary by location)
VACATION POLICY: Pay Grade: D-G

JOB SUMMARY: The Patient Services Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Patient Services Department, ensuring an exceptional patient experience through efficient scheduling, service recovery, patient communication, and staff engagement. This role oversees front desk, phone operations, cosmetic scheduling, patient outreach, and marketing support to deliver a seamless and welcoming experience for all patients.  

M-F 7:15am - 5PM @ $19-$22 (Based on experince)

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS             

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years Medical Office Experience
• Experience in marketing and patient engagement initiatives.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with EMR and practice management systems.
