Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for CNC vertical and Swiss Lathe departments
Supervise and coordinate CNC machinists and operators
Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
Troubleshoot machine, tooling and process issues
Coordinate preventive maintenance activities
Review and implement process improvements
Conduct performance evaluations and provide training
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company procedures
Ensure compliance with company safety standards

Essential Skills and Experience:

CNC machining experience, both vertical and Swiss lathes
Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes
Solid understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling selection, and work holding for a variety of materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering specifications
Supervisory and leadership experience
Strong troubleshooting skills and a continuous improvement mindset
Experience with Lean Manufacturing a plus
High school diploma; Technical training/certification a plus
