Local Dedicated Driver: Montgomery, NY

Schedule

• Sunday to Thursday, with start times anywhere from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM
• 1 to 2 required sixth days a month
• Home after every shift

Pay

• Estimated $89,000 to $95,000 a year
• $0.69 per mile, plus $70 per day
• $25 per live stop
• $20 per hour for safety training
• $200 per day while training
• $10,000 sign-on bonus (limited time)

The work

• Warehouse restocking (DC to DC) and customer deliveries within 250 miles of Montgomery, covering DE, MD, NJ, NY (very little Brooklyn/Queens) and PA
• Loads are packed at the shipper and unloaded by the customer while you wait
• 100% no-touch freight
• Routes repeat often, so you’ll learn them fast

Equipment

• Automatic daycabs pulling 53-foot trailers
• Your truck stays at the account when you’re off
• No passengers or pets

Requirements

• Valid Class A license
• At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience
• DOT drug and alcohol screening
