POSITION INFO:

Shipping Coordinator

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure the timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
Prepare and process shipping documentation.
Schedule shipments with carriers and ensure on-time deliveries.
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in SAP.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving operations.
Experience coordinating inbound and outbound logistics in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

TRAINING AND SKILLS:

Forklift certification required.
Working knowledge of SAP.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
