Job DetailsJob Location: McCall, ID 83638Position Type: Winter SeasonalJob Category: Base OperationsJob Summary: Brundage Mountain is looking for a reliable and friendly individual to perform a variety of tasks to clean and maintain public areas Brundage facilities on a daily basis. This crew works both inside and outside and can be in a part-time or full-time position. Flexible hours are also available to make this position work for you. The ideal candidate for this position has a great attention to detail and maintains a positive presence to keep the stoke high!    Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Cleaning and sanitizing all facility areas on a regular schedule throughout the day  Monitor and maintain stock of supplies in bathrooms, kitchens, and public areas  Present a proactive attitude toward health safety for guests and employees  Must follow and help enforce health safety protocols  Carry out special projects with supervisor on some occasions  Clean Employee Housing and other off-site locations  Opportunity to cross-train in a variety of other facilities and grounds keeping work depending on experience and interests  QualificationsJob Qualifications: Positive attitude and willingness to interact with guests to say hello, answer questions, give directions, etc.  Good communication skills; able to follow directions and ask questions  Ability to work independently and with a team   Able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds safely  Able to stand for long periods while working  No experience necessary- Will train for any tasks required  Other Requirements: Reliable transportation to and from work  Ability to work in inclement weather conditions  Available to work weekends and some holidays  Valid driver license and ability to pass insurance driving history inquiry- preferred  Ability to ski or snowboard to take care of on mountain areas - preferred
