Experienced Assembler

Job description

Assemble and test industrial printing equipment using a variety of tools and test equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
• Comply with policies and guidelines.
• Report any problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to production manager.
• Work with and train other coworkers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to help facilitate assembly functions.

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.(preferred)
• 3 years of assembly experience (required)
• Ability to read and understand procedures/assembly drawings written in English
• Ability to read and decipher electrical schematics and drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Familiarity with personal computers.

Preferred:

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Prior electrical assembly experience.

• Soldering experience desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
