Site Safety Manager (W2 Onsite)

·        Meetthe requirements of “Competent Person” as identified by OSHA for all aspects ofClient’s BMS installation including low voltage electrical subcontractors

·        OSHA Competent Person: One who is capable of identifyingexisting and predictable hazards in surroundings or working conditions whichare unsanitary, hazardous, or dangerous to employees, and who has theauthorization to take prompt and corrective measures to eliminate them

·        Musthave current OSHA 30-hour construction course or within the past two years

·        Musthave the knowledge and ability to arrange or conduct safety and health relatedtraining if/when knowledge gaps are identified

·        Reviewand gain Knowledge of Client’s site specific training plan as well as other Client’ssafety procedures and policies including Electrical Safety, LOTO procedures,Ladder Safety, Working at Heights Safety, and reporting procedures forincidents and near misses.

·        Trainingand certifications in CPR/First Aid
