Shuttle Driver

Description

 Minnesota National Golf Club & Resort is seeking a friendly, dependable, and safety-minded Shuttle Driver to assist with guest transportation during the golf season. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible, part-time work one/two days per week while helping create a great guest experience at the resort. 

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests between the resort, lodging units, clubhouse, and designated local destinations within a 10-mile radius of the resort
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests 
• Assist guests with loading and unloading bags or personal items as needed 
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of shuttle vehicle 
• Follow all traffic laws and resort safety policies 
• Communicate with staff regarding schedules, pickups, and guest needs 
• Report any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns promptly 

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• Reliable, punctual, and professional 
• Comfortable interacting with guests and providing excellent hospitality 
• Ability to safely operate a passenger van or shuttle vehicle 
• Must be at least 18 years old 

Schedule

• Approximately once per week during the golf season 
• Primarily evenings and weekends, depending on guest needs and events 
• Flexible scheduling possible
