WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOĀ 

  • Welcome touring crews and ensure seamless show executionĀ Ā 

  • Execute the load-in of band gear, lighting rigs, andĀ lightingĀ rental equipmentĀ 

  • Set up and break down lighting systems and event-relatedĀ lightingĀ equipmentĀ 

  • Operate and program Lighting ConsolesĀ Ā 

  • Create and distribute lighting plot plans for eventsĀ Ā 

  • Perform lighting focus and adjustments according to artist and event specificationsĀ 

  • Lead andĀ operateĀ lighting systems throughout entire shows and private eventsĀ 

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair lighting equipment as neededĀ 

  • Handle and care for all house and rental lighting and A/V gear properlyĀ Ā 

  • Ensure safe, consistent, and professional lighting operation during all scheduled eventsĀ 

  • Support overall production operations throughout the venueĀ Ā

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGĀ

RequiredĀ Qualifications:Ā 

  • Minimum of 3 years of touring and/or stage production experienceĀ in lightingĀ 

  • Strong working knowledge of stage lighting, basic video systems, andĀ basicĀ audio systemsĀ Ā 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyĀ Ā 

  • ProficiencyĀ with Microsoft Office applicationsĀ Ā 

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsĀ Ā 

  • High school diploma or equivalentĀ Ā

PreferredĀ Qualifications:Ā 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant educationĀ Ā 

Ā 

Physical DemandsĀ andĀ Working EnvironmentĀ Requirements:Ā 

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbsĀ Ā 

  • Comfortable working in environments with moderate to loud noise levels, dramatic lighting changes, strobes, and moving lightsĀ Ā 

  • Ability to wear and use a radio earpiece for the duration of scheduled shiftsĀ Ā
