What You'll Do

 

As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and analyzing clinical data

• Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans

• Monitoring client progress and making data-driven treatment adjustments

• Training and supporting caregivers, families, and staff

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation

• Staying current with ABA best practices and ethical standards

• Current BCBA certification required
