About the Role:

Lone Star Insurance Store LLC is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Contact Specialist / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our team in McKinney, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic insurance office where your communication skills and customer-first attitude will shine every single day.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth
Maintain accurate client records and update information in agency management systems
Must be able to make up to 200+ outcalls per day

Requirements:

Prior experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance management software
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
Insurance industry experience or a Texas insurance license is a plus
