Associate Technical Consultant

About the Role

TechnoMile is hiring an Associate Technical Consultant to join our growing team in Tysons Corner. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with a technical background to launch a consulting career. You'll learn how to configure and customize Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, work directly with clients on TechnoMile SaaS product implementations, and grow into a well-rounded consultant. We're looking for someone who is curious, technically inclined, and eager to learn.

What you’ll do:

Learn how to configure and customize Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 alongside senior consultants and developers.
Help gather and document client requirements, business processes, and system specifications.
Support Salesforce and Dynamics users — answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and act as a friendly point of contact.
Assist with moving configurations and code between CRM environments.
Help with data migration tasks — preparing, cleaning, and loading client data into Salesforce and Dynamics 365.
Stay current with TechnoMile, Salesforce, and Dynamics 365 platform updates.
Participate in Agile team activities: sprint planning, testing, and project launches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Foundational programming knowledge in at least one language (Java/Python, .Net, JavaScript, or similar).
Fundamental understanding of Python
Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
Fluent in vibe coding — using AI assistants like Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to build and iterate at speed
Strong willingness and ability to learn new technical platforms quickly.
Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice to Have

Internship or project experience involving software, CRM, or consulting.
Salesforce Trailhead badges or Microsoft Learn coursework.
Familiarity with Git or version control.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum.
Interest in the Government Contracting industry
