Technical Targeting Analyst

Responsibilities

The Technical Targeting Analyst (TTA) will provide mission critical support to the Intelligence Community (IC) by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. You will provide technical expertise, recommendations, and briefings to senior leadership on your target(s) of interest. Success requires a high degree of collaboration and the ability to build partnerships internally and externally in support of mission objectives. You are expected to positively support a blended team environment through excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

• Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph;
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent;
• 5+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, “red teaming”, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation;
• 3+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems;
• 3+ cumulative years of experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports;
• Demonstrated experience with technical targeting tools;
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements with minimal oversight

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, “red teaming”, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation;
• 3+ cumulative years of experience collection capabilities and dissemination systems;
• Area of Responsibility-specific knowledge and experience, including language capability;
• Familiarity with machine learning and data science tools;
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within the customer space
