Position: Sprinkler Superintendent - Service

As a Service Sprinkler Superintendent, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader ensuring the success of repairs, inspections, and management of sprinkler systems on commercial and residential sites. This is a key leadership position responsible for job execution, crew supervision, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations for the sprinkler service team
• Manage jobs, schedules, manpower, materials, and coordination with others
• Ensure work is performed to code, on time, and within budget
• Provide leadership and mentorship to field teams and foremen
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, general contractors, and clients
• Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company safety protocols
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-the-spot solutions
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure documentation is complete

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fire sprinkler installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or superintendent role
• Strong understanding of NFPA codes and local fire protection regulations
• Proven ability to manage crews and multiple job sites simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• NICET certification preferred but not required
• Commitment to safety, quality, and excellence in all work
