Industrial Electrical Foreman

Essential Duty Requirements:

• Ability to communicate with others including Clients, Project Managers, and field staff.
• Be able to keep track of multiple jobs at one time
• Time management and record keeping
• Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, equipment, materials, and tools of the electrical trade.
• Thorough knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the work and demonstrable commitment to safety.
• Ability to supervise the work of skilled workers.
• Considerable knowledge of the National Electrical Code for electrical installations.
• Ability to interpret and work from instructions, penciled plans and sketches, submittals, specifications, and blueprints.
• Ability to estimate sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining labor, time, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
• Flexibility, able to adapt and comply with Company/Client requirements.
• General understanding of other trades to coordinate/schedule installation of electrical work.
• Ability to work with and interact with other trades
• Has a desire to learn and develop within the role
