Job Details: Job Location: Covenant Woods - Mechanicsville, VA, Salary Range: $38.50 - $46.00Hourly, RN-Charge Nurse Fulltime 7-3 HC Bring your passion to work with you every day at Covenant Woods and be part of something more. We want our employees to enjoy a culture where they feel empowered to do what is needed to provide the quality of life for the residents we care for. We are actively seeking a RN in a Full-time capacity to join our Health Care Unit team and assist our residents in the newly expanded assisted living, memory support, and healthcare departments. Previous RN/LPN experience is a plus, as well as experience in an assisted living setting. As an RN/LPN, you will be responsible for the well-being and nursing care of all residents assigned to him or her during the shift, maintain out resident's rights, supervise the staff of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and respond to emergencies. Shift - 7am-3pm and every other weekend rotation  Experience:Two years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.Previous Healthcare Experience (Preferred)Supervisory experience (preferred) License:RN License (Required)Current CPR Certification - BLS/Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Providers  Full-Time Benefits Offered: Comprehensive Medical/Dental /Vision Long Term Disability/Short Term Disability 403(b) Retirement Plan Use of Pool/Fitness Center Paid Time Off Paid HolidaysQualifications:
