Join the Linvilla team this fall! We offer flexible seasonal schedules, including weekends, evenings, and hours that work well while the kids are in school.

As a Linvilla Cashier, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities include cashiering, merchandising and stocking products, maintaining clean and organized spaces, and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll work closely with the Linvilla team to keep everything running smoothly during our busy fall season.

Duties & Responsibilities

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently 
• Stock products and maintain neat, attractive merchandise displays 
• Perform general cleaning duties according to company standards 
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and assist guests with their shopping experience 
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management 
• Notify management of product concerns, inventory losses, scanning errors, and other issues 
• Follow cash-handling policies and procedures to minimize losses 
• Follow all company policies and procedures while maintaining the security and confidentiality of company information 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Physical Demands

• Ability to move and stock merchandise from receiving areas to store shelves 
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving at various heights 
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store 
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation 

Requirements

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing a positive customer experience
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. 
• Minimum of two years of retail experience
• Minimum of two years of cashier experience
• Produce or farm market experience preferred
• Ability to provide prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Education & Experience

• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred
