Packer – Food Production (1st & 2nd Shift)
$15.64-$17.38 base pay + $1.50 attendance bonus + 2^nd Shift Premiums | Medina, Ohio | Full-time

Our packers are the last hands on every product before it leaves our building. You’ll keep the line moving: filling, sealing, labeling, and packing fresh food so it reaches restaurants and grocery stores looking and tasting exactly how it should.

If you like staying busy, working at a steady pace, and seeing what you accomplished at the end of every shift, this is your crew.

Your shift

• 1st and 2nd shift openings, with a range of start times
• 10-hour shifts, with some Saturdays required based on production needs
• Overtime available

What you’ll do

• Pack, seal, and label finished product to company standard
• Keep the line stocked with containers, lids, labels, and cases
• Check weights, seals, labels, and dates, and pull anything that isn’t right
• Build, stack, and palletize cases for shipping
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and food-safe
• Work with line leads and Quality Assurance to keep products moving and correct
• Follow GMPs, food safety, and safety standards on every shift

The work environment

• Production setting that is often cold, wet, and loud
• Standing, walking, and repetitive hand and arm movement for 10-hour shifts
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Good hand-eye coordination and a steady pace on a moving line
