Previous restaurant experience isn’t required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Server Assistant, you’ll support our restaurant team and help create an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service. Assist servers with food and beverage delivery. Refill water and replenish utensils, glassware, and supplies. Keep dining areas and service stations clean, organized, and stocked. Assist with opening, closing, and basic food preparation as needed. Work as part of the team and anticipate where help is needed.What We’re Looking For A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to obtain a Food Handler Certificate.
