Sonic Summary

The Continuous Improvement Technician-3 plays a key role in implementing continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
This position requires the individual to organize, plan, and lead teams focused on continuous improvement.
The technician will also be responsible for training and teaching lean principles to team members.
Candidates should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in continuous improvement or a related field.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

The Continuous Improvement Technician-3 is responsible for implementation of continuous improvement ideas on the shop floor. The team member will organize, plan, and lead continuous improvement teams. The team member be responsible for training, teaching and implementing lean principles.
