Organize and plan the workday.

Help define problems and identify possible solutions for unusual issues that arise in our business.

Monitor store replenishment.

Responsibilities

· Ensuring the timely picking, packing, and processing of customer orders

· Inspiring your team to make their FC second to none.

· Setting the stage for a safe workplace through safety training and accident preparedness.

· Assembling a top-notch team, including training, personnel development and evaluations, and corrective actions to improve performance.

· Guiding team members in daily operations to ensure the highest degree of safety, service, and quality.

· Helping to develop operational policies and procedures on issues that affect your team.

· Creating an open path of communication between you and your team.

· Evaluating current work methods and eliminating inefficiencies.

Qualifications

Must have exceptional people skills and be able to supervise and coach a team to meet performance standards. A successful candidate needs to understand the demands of a fast-paced work environment involving selecting, Inbound and Outbound, VDP, processing, and Shipping. . Must be organized, have good computer skills, and enjoy working in a team environment. A successful candidate will have very good verbal and written communication skills. Must be flexible with shift schedules.
