Ensure maximum visible for AutoZone store exposure through placement and type. Manage the sign program through selected suppliers with particular attention to quality, delivery and cost. Manage the sign efforts through the initial meetings with Real Estate to position AutoZone for timely sign placement (to announce the arrival of a new store location prior to opening. While supporting and assisting the Project Support - Program Manager in other "Owner Furnished Items" accounts.Â
Responsibilities
- Initiate the project sign effort with Real Estate and "Real Estate Exchange" while coordinating with Validation regarding required permits and design issues.
- Submit "Purchase Orders" to suppliers, track progress, and approve invoices based on performance criteria.
- Conduct supplier inspections to ensure consistent quality for scope of supply.
- Prepare and attend sign permit meetings when variances are requested or needed, while resolving any community or permit issues.
- Ensure AutoZone receives best pricing from domestic and international sign suppliers - review pricing options and negotiate cost effective solutions.
- Enter accurate dates and keep tracking forms current and accurate that support sign and Validation efforts.
- Assist, Project Support - Program Manager by acting as account manager for other suppliers.Â
Qualifications
- An Associate's degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program. Business Management, Advertising
- Two to three years Project Management, Â Design and ConstructionÂ
