Position Summary
The Marketing Specialist will support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and support business growth across Conectiv’s service lines. This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional with hands-on experience in content creation, social media, campaign coordination, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration who is ready to take on greater ownership in a fast-paced business environment.

- Support the development, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and sales enablement channelsÂ
- Create, edit, and coordinate content for social media, email communications, presentations, marketing collateral, internal updates, and other brand materialsÂ
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, and industry research to help inform campaign strategy, messaging, and business development opportunitiesÂ
- Manage day-to-day social media activity, including content scheduling, community monitoring, engagement tracking, and performance reportingÂ
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, project trackers, and asset libraries to keep projects organized and on scheduleÂ
- Coordinate event, trade show, promotional, and internal communication initiatives, including pre-event planning, materials support, follow-up communications, and logistics coordinationÂ
- Compile, analyze, and summarize campaign metrics, website activity, social performance, and lead generation data to support continuous improvementÂ
- Update website content and support basic site maintenance through web management systems such as WordPress, ensuring information is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standardsÂ
- Develop reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing updates for leadership meetings, sales conversations, and internal stakeholdersÂ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, HR, operations, customer service, and external partners to support marketing initiatives and business prioritiesÂ
- Contribute ideas, identify opportunities for improvement, and support other marketing-related projects and administrative needs as assignedÂ

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field; equivalent relevant experience may be consideredÂ
- 1–3 years of marketing, communications, social media, content creation, campaign coordination, or related professional experienceÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, professional content and interface effectively with internal teams, external partners, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, manage competing priorities, and work effectively with a variety of teams, work styles, and stakeholder needs
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, TEAMs, and PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, content planning, and basic campaign performance measurementÂ
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detailÂ
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesÂ
