Description
Titan Brands is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Product Manager to own the Titan Attachments line from strategy through sell-through. You'll decide what we build, why, and at what cost, then drive it to launch with our contract manufacturers and in-house sourcing, quality, and marketing teams. You'll lead a dedicated Product Development Engineer and be accountable for the line's revenue, margin, assortment health, and customer experience across our website, marketplaces, and retail partners. You're a hands-on product person who's comfortable in a spreadsheet, a drawing review, and a supplier call.Â
   Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Line Strategy & OwnershipÂ
- Own the Titan Attachments line end to end, including revenue, margin, pricing, and new product revenue.Â
- Build and maintain the product roadmap using sales data, customer feedback, and competitive insight.Â
- Shape the assortment across mounts, sizes, and price tiers; launch new items, refresh existing ones, and retire underperformers.Â
Product DevelopmentÂ
- Write clear product briefs covering the customer, use case, features, target cost, and price.Â
- Lead a dedicated Product Development Engineer and make the final call on design trade-offs.Â
- Work with contract manufacturers through prototyping, testing, and sample approval.Â
- Own the master spec and fitment record for every product, so every team works from the same data.Â
Suppliers & CostÂ
- Lead RFQs, quote comparisons, and price negotiations with suppliers.Â
- Evaluate new suppliers identified by the sourcing team and decide which are a fit for future business.Â
- Find cost savings through design changes, new vendors, or combined volume across Titan brands.Â
Cross-Functional PartnershipÂ
- Partner with quality on specs, testing, and fixing issues found in returns and warranty claims.Â
- Give marketing and ecommerce what they need to launch and sell, including positioning, specs, and fitment content.Â
- Set first order quantities and support planning, parts, and customer service.Â
- Get hands-on with our products and competitors', and turn reviews, returns, and customer feedback into improvements.Â
Requirements
 - 4+ years in product management, category management, or product development for physical products.Â
- Experience bringing products to market with contract manufacturers, including working with suppliers on cost, Ecommerce, DTC, or Amazon experience preferred.Â
- Comfort reading engineering drawings and specs, and a working knowledge of how steel products are made.Â
- Solid financial skills, including pricing, margin, landed cost, and P&L basics.Â
- Strong Excel skills and comfort using data to make decisions.Â
- Clear communication and the ability to keep several projects moving at once.Â
- Willingness to travel up to 5%, including occasional international supplier visits.Â
Â
Nice to have:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, industrial design, or related field.Â
- Hands-on experience with compact tractors, skid steers, UTVs, or their attachments.Â
- Experience leading or mentoring an engineer or developer.Â
Don't meet every qualification? We'd still like to hear from you if this role fits your experience.
Â
What success looks likeÂ
Success is a Titan Attachments line that grows revenue and margin through a clear roadmap; new products that launch on time, at target cost, with accurate fitment and content; falling return and warranty rates; and a development engineer and cross-functional partners who know exactly what to build and why.Â
