Schedule Requirements:

Seeking, (1) Full-Time Day Shift Line Cook
- Generally, hours are from 5am-12pm.
Seeking, (2) Part-Time Night Shift Line Cooks
- Generally, hours are from 4pm-12am.
- New hire training & setup is during daytime hours.

Summary of Position

A culinarian provides the opportunity to create exceptional dishes for our customers in an innovative, energetic environment. Connecting our customers to a travel experience by providing quality food choices to create a memorable experience.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner.
Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
Must possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members.
Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver items frequently weighing up to 20 to 25 pounds.
Must be willing to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Must be able to work unsupervised.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
1-year minimum previous kitchen/cook experience in a hotel restaurant or full-service restaurant.
Food Certifications.
