What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of personal trainers
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Design and deliver personalized and small-group training sessions
- Monitor client progress and maintain high training standards
- Support sales goals and help convert prospective clients into active members
- Facilitate trainer development, workshops, and team meetings
- Participate in local marketing and community outreach activities
- Represent GYMGUYZ's core values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence (DRIVE)
What We're Looking For
- Certified Personal Trainer through an NCCA-, DEAC-, or NBFE-accredited organization
- Current CPR/AED certification
- At least 3 years of personal training and leadership experience
- Proven ability to deliver client results and mentor other trainers
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Sales and field marketing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology to manage training and client information
