Job Details: Level: Experienced, Job Location: Morgan Steel LLC - Memphis, TN 38106, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $21.00 - $34.00 Hourly, Job Shift: Any, This position sets up and runs welding production while maintaining the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, all while maintaining asafe, clean, and organized work environment. Qualifications: Responsibilities: Read and interpret job specs to determine machine adjustments and weld times Check and verify parts meets specifications and quality tolerances Detect and report any defective product being produced or already produced. Communicate issues to supervisor (i.e.. equipment issues, maintenance needs) Use various inspecting techniques and tools; tape measures, calipers, protractors and weld gauges to check the conformance of produced parts Performs paperwork requirements and other duties as assigned and writes legibly  Must keep a clean workstation, free of wood, bands, trash, and defective parts. Meet company production standards. Perform weldments per customer job specifications and D1.1/Familiarization on D9.1
