Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at well-known facility in Palo Alto, CA and Menlo Park, CA.

In this role, you will provide essential nursing care, support patient health assessments, administer medications, and assist in the implementation of care plans in various settings.

Your commitment to patient care and your ability to work collaboratively with RNs and other healthcare professionals will ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care. We are looking for LPNs who are enthusiastic about contributing to patient well-being and making a positive impact within the community.

You must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a Green Card to qualify for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Assist in the assessment and monitoring of patient conditions.
  • Administer medications and perform treatment procedures as directed.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in the state of employment.
  • Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of California, in good standing with no negative indicators.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent Licensed Practical Nurse experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
  • Legal Work Authorization in the U.S.
