What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners toevaluate their needs and recommend the best solutions
  
• Build trust throughexceptional customer service
  
• Present options andconfidently overcome objections
  
• Follow up with customersthroughout the sales process
  
• Consistently achieveindividual sales goals
  
• Maintain accurate salesrecords and customer information
  

What We're Looking For

• Accomplished salesprofessional with a proven history of success in a complex sales environment
  
• Previous in-home salesexperience required
  
• Experience sellingsolutions in the $10,000–$50,000+ range
  
• Knowledge of the homeservices industry is a plus, but not required
  
• Quick learner with theability to retain product and industry knowledge
  
• Exceptional communicationand presentation skills with the ability to command a customer's attention
  
• Committed to delivering anoutstanding, personalized customer experience
  
• Comfortable tracking salesactivities, performance metrics, and personal results to drive continuousimprovement
  
• Receptive to ongoingtraining, coaching, and professional development
  
• Strong objection-handling,follow-up, and relationship-building skills
  
• Highly motivated,coachable, and driven to exceed sales goals
  
• Verifiable history ofearning more than $100,000 annually, with the ambition and ability to quicklysurpass $150,000 per year
  
• Door-to-door salesexperience is a plus
  
• Comfortable working retailhours while meeting with company-provided leads
  

Compensation

• Successful representativeshave the opportunity to earn well into six figures based on performance
  

• Full-time
  
• Monday through Friday
  
• Retail hours, includingoccasional rotating weekends
