Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and organized Materials Delivery Specialist to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of construction materials to job sites. This role is crucial in maintaining project schedules, quality standards, and a seamless construction process.

Key Responsibilities

Material Delivery: Safely load, transport, and deliver construction materials to job sites, ensuring accurate and damage-free delivery.
Inventory Management: Verify materials against purchase orders or delivery tickets and report any discrepancies or damaged items.
Job Site Coordination: Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and warehouse staff to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any on-site challenges.
Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain delivery vehicles, including regular inspections, fueling, and scheduling necessary repairs to ensure reliable operation.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines, including securing loads properly and adhering to traffic and site-specific safety protocols.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage, and submit reports as required.

Requirements

Qualifications - PLEASE READ

Experience: Previous experience in construction material delivery, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
License: A valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required) and a clean driving record.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., perform repetitive physical tasks, and work in various weather conditions.
Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers.
