Anderson Bean is seeking a dependable Boot Production Associate to support our manufacturing operations in Mercedes, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position. Pay is $15–$18 per hour, based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities

Perform assigned boot production tasks
Work with leather and boot components
Operate hand tools and production equipment
Follow detailed production instructions
Inspect materials before assembly
Check finished work for defects
Maintain consistent workmanship standards
Meet daily production requirements
Keep the workstation clean and organized

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Experience with leather, footwear, or textiles is a plus
Strong manual dexterity
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow precise instructions
Ability to use hand tools safely
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous footwear or leather production experience
Quality inspection experience
Familiarity with manufacturing safety procedures
