Available Positions

We are hiring Assistant Teachers for classrooms serving children ages 6 weeks through Pre-Kindergarten:

Infants
Toddlers
Early Preschool
Preschool
Pre-Kindergarten

Compensation & Schedule

Starting at $16.00+ per hour, based on experience, education, and qualifications.

We offer consistent, full-time schedules:

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

No evenings or rotating shifts! Enjoy a predictable schedule and a rewarding work environment.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant Teacher, you'll work alongside our Lead Teachers to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.

Support daily classroom activities and curriculum
Encourage learning through play and exploration
Build meaningful relationships with children and families
Assist with classroom routines, transitions, and schedules
Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming classrooms
Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, and daily care
Collaborate with teachers and school leadership
Follow school safety policies and licensing requirements

Ability to meet applicable Idaho childcare licensing requirements

Previous childcare experience is preferred but NOT required! We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow in early childhood education.
