Baker - Full Time Mornings

Job Summary – Baker 

Reports to: Bakery Manager

Function: To produce all bakery goods of the highest quality

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work up and mix up products from recipes or prepared mixes
• Set ovens, bake product and monitor the baking process
• Operate and maintain all department equipment
• Determine quantities of ingredients needed to order
• Unload and verify deliveries
• Perform all functions of bakery clerk when necessary
• Constantly monitor temperatures in freezer and cooler areas
• Follow all company policies
• Perform other duties as directed

Physical Demands:

Work safely around ovens

Stand on feet, bend, stoop or walk for the majority of the time on duty

Work in freezer and/or cooler for short periods of time

Lift cases/containers of product up to 30 pounds
