Description
The RBT will provide direct one-on-one therapy to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, while reducing problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings in a center-based environment. The RBT will utilize interventions developed out of the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and will work under the close supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). 聽
Requirements

路 RBT Certification聽
路 High school diploma or GED (Some college preferred, but not required)
路 Experience working with the autism population (preferred) or with children聽
路 Enjoy working with children
路 Engaging and high energy
路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
路 Must pass a background check
路 Strong organization skills and excellent time management
路 Must immediately apply feedback
路 Professional appearance
路 Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
路 Must be able to engage in physical activity throughout an 8hr shift
