Additional Earning Opportunities Receive compensation for evaluations and SLPA supervision services.    Compensation Direct Therapy: $75.00 per hour Evaluations: $120.00 per hour SLPA Supervision: Additional compensation for direct and indirect supervision provided    What You'll Do Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations Assess speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and related communication skills to identify each child's strengths and areas of need. Develop Individualized Treatment Plans Create evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each child's developmental goals and family priorities. Deliver High-Quality Therapy Services Provide engaging, child-centered interventions that promote meaningful communication and functional outcomes. Collaborate with Families and Providers Partner with caregivers, educators, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support progress across environments. Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants Provide mentorship, guidance, and oversight while maintaining compliance with Arizona requirements and professional standards. Maintain Clinical Documentation Complete evaluations, session notes, progress reports, and required documentation accurately and on time.     Qualifications Required Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas  Preferred  Pediatric experience in clinic, home health, school, or community settings Experience working with children with developmental disabilities Strong collaboration and family engagement skills Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply   Who You Are You are a compassionate, relationship-driven clinician who believes every child deserves the opportunity to communicate effectively and participate fully in their world.
