Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading and promoting a customer-friendly store atmosphere by providing exceptional customer assistance. To apply knowledge of housewares, toys, and jewelry products to buying, processing, and selling; continuously incorporating positive customer focused strategies. Staff prices, sorts, stocks, and merchandise all areas of the department, as well as works at the Incoming Merchandise/Trade counter buying and pricing merchandise.

Job Requirements:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Customer Service requires patience, kindness, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with diverse communities and customer needs.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Professional telephone skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to adapt to a flexible working schedule to include early mornings, evenings, mid-shifts, and weekends.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Diverse housewares/toys/jewelry product knowledge.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Understanding of the pricing, trading, and discount systems at Bookmans.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Motivated to learn how to buy/process/sell Gallery Merchandise.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 General knowledge of products sold at Bookmans.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of store sections and layout.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work independently with guidance and direction from the Gallery Department Supervisor/Lead and Store Management.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to use reference materials.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to conduct oneself in a civil, professional, and respectful manner at work.
This is a full-time position (minimum of 32 hours per week), and must have Open Availability to work on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and be able to work 5 shifts per week.
