Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site interior renovation projects at our apartment communities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily residential construction specializing in renovation work, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all construction renovation activities on-site Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Manage subcontractors, vendors, and laborers Conduct quality control inspections and enforce safety regulation Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders Solve problems proactively and address construction issues efficiently Maintain accurate project documentation and reports Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in multifamily construction supervision Education: High school diploma required; construction management degree preferred Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency in project management software is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary & other perks Health, dental, life, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off & holidays If you are a motivated leader with a passion for multifamily construction, we want to hear from you!
