Sonic Summary

The position involves executing operational excellence initiatives, including the Roots Multiclean Production System and Lean assessment evaluations.

Candidates must have at least 12 years of experience in Operational Excellence, with a competitive salary offered.

Execution of operational excellence initiatives. (Roots Multiclean Production System, Lean assessment evaluation and TEI initiatives)
Drive change and standardisation across processes for transformation.
Build a culture of operational discipline and sustainable improvement (CISA)
Deployment of manufacturing Objectives across Plants & Departments (Objective deployment Matrix)
Demonstration of Manufacturing tools such as - Lean, Six Sigma DMAIC, Process walk, Lean maturity models, SMED etc,.
