- Take what the product owner puts together and make it understandable, translate the information.
- Configure SAP Success Factors to meet the deliverable
- Will not hire anyone without Success Factors - MUST HAVE.
- SAP rockstars needed for this position!!

The HR Transformation Team is a highly skilled group responsible for owning theHR Business technology roadmap and leading the upcoming shipboard HRtransformation and implementation. The team is composed of experts in HRtechnology, transformation, project management, and product ownership. We workclosely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of HRtechnology projects and the alignment of technology strategies with businessobjectives. Moreover, the team is responsible for monitoring project progressand making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion. We arededicated to providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholdersthroughout the implementation process, staying up-to-date with industry trendsand best practices to ensure the most effective and efficient execution ofprojects.
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager SuccessFactorsConfiguration and Release Management to join our team. This individual will beresponsible for managing the configuration and release management processes forour SuccessFactors system. They will work closely with product owners to ensurethat system configurations are aligned with business requirements and that therelease management process is streamlined and efficient. The ideal candidatewill have extensive experience with SuccessFactors configuration and releasemanagement, as well as strong project management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the configuration and release management processes for the SuccessFactors system
- Work closely with product owners to understand business requirements and ensure that system configurations are aligned with those requirements
- Develop and maintain a release management roadmap that aligns with business needs and timelines
- Hire, grow and retain a world-class team of product leads/analysts responsible for product configuration.
- Manage the deployment of system updates and upgrades, ensuring that all changes are properly tested and documented
- Develop and maintain a change management process that minimizes disruption to end-users
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to SuccessFactors configuration and release management
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to team-members, standardizing on practices and methodologies
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize, scope, and plan activities
- Serve as a technical expert in SuccessFactors implementation and configuration
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors configuration and release management
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate people, instill accountability, perform under the pressure and optimize the team's resources to attain the business goals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with change management processes
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems is a plus
- SuccessFactors certification is a plus
- Ability to manage ambiguity with demonstrated confidence & credibility
- Prior SuccessFactors implementation is a plus
