Atlantic Coast Automotive is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Wholesale Parts Representative to help grow our expanding wholesale parts business. If you have experience selling OEM automotive parts, enjoy building long-term customer relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we’d love to meet you.
As a Wholesale Parts Representative, you will work directly with independent repair facilities, body shops, fleet accounts, and collision centers to provide exceptional service while growing wholesale parts sales across our dealership network.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers, including body shops, independent repair facilities, fleet accounts, and collision centers.
- Proactively generate new wholesale business through outbound sales calls, follow-up, and account development.
- Process wholesale parts orders received by phone, email, and electronic ordering platforms.
- Accurately identify, quote, and order OEM parts using electronic parts catalogs.
- Utilize dealership inventory across multiple locations to maximize fill rates and reduce lost sales.
- Follow up on estimates and convert quotes into completed orders.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and overall sales.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding pricing, availability, returns, and order discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and account information within dealership systems.
- Stay current on manufacturer promotions, pricing programs, and inventory availability.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive wholesale parts sales experience.
- Previous dealership parts department experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OEM mechanical and collision parts.
- Experience working with collision centers, repair facilities, and commercial accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to generate new business while maintaining existing accounts.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Performance Expectations
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Meet or exceed monthly wholesale sales and gross profit goals.
- Grow existing customer accounts while developing new wholesale business.
- Increase quote-to-order conversion rates.
- Deliver outstanding customer service that encourages repeat business.
- Support the continued growth of Atlantic Coast Automotive’s wholesale parts department.
