Greenberg Traurig has an excellent opportunity for an Entry Level Associate to join the Corporate Department of our Miami office. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in corporate law, specifically in M&A and Capital Markets. This candidate will support attorneys in all phases of client engagements, including legal research, due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and participating in client communications. This position requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity and a proven ability to manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Additionally, candidates should have a strong academic history and excellent written and verbal communication skills; they should also be highly detail oriented. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. Candidates must be eligible for admission to the Florida Bar.
