STARTING PAY OF $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus - ANNUALLY BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Plant Healthcare is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our team in a growing market! This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with strong operational and leadership skills who’s looking for long-term career growth in the lawn care industry.

As Branch Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a team of lawn care technicians, and ensure the delivery of top-tier services, including weed control, fertilization, aeration, and other turf management solutions. You’ll also work closely with company leadership to drive business development and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Direct day-to-day branch operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and safety.
Supervise, train, and develop a team of lawn care professionals.
Collaborate with regional leadership to meet revenue, growth, and customer retention goals.
Motivate the team to consistently exceed performance standards and service expectations.
Oversee onboarding and continuous training to maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in chemical lawn care, including route management, sales, or supervision.?
Proven leadership experience in a service-based industry, ideally lawn care or similar.
Strong management skills with a focus on accountability and team development.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Valid Driver’s License (Required).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Previous experience with turf management, irrigation, or agronomy is a plus.
