About the Role:

The Group Facilitator plays a pivotal role in guiding and managing group interactions to achieve productive and collaborative outcomes. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in group facilitation, training, or a similar role involving leadership of group interactions.

  • Ability to manage conflict and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in facilitation, mediation, or conflict resolution.
  • Experience working with diverse populations including different cultural, socioeconomic, and age groups.
  • Background in organizational development, counseling, or community engagement.
  • Familiarity with virtual facilitation tools and techniques.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities:
