Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Florida

Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

As an LMFT in this remote position, you will help clients work through real-life concerns such as family conflict, relationship stress, communication breakdowns, anxiety, grief, and major transitions. Your sessions will take place virtually, allowing you to provide structured clinical support from a private remote workspace.

Responsibilities

Conduct therapy sessions with clients via secure video platform
Complete clinical assessments and intake documentation
Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and concerns
Help clients identify patterns affecting relationships and family functioning
Provide clinical support for stress, anxiety, grief, conflict, and adjustment concerns
Maintain accurate notes and records
Follow ethical and professional standards for LMFT practice
Manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Active Florida LMFT license in good standing
Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
Private workspace and reliable internet connection

$115,000–$120,000 per year
