Warehouse Handler – Logistics & Distribution | Full-Time

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a leadingwarehousing and logistics organization, and we are seeking a motivated andreliable Warehouse Handler to join their team in Miami, FL.

In this role, you will support daily warehouseoperations by receiving, organizing, storing, and preparing goods for shipment.You will help ensure inventory is handled accurately, orders are processedefficiently, and materials are moved safely throughout the facility.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents
  
• Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
  
• Pick, package, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  
• Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
  
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to support daily warehouse operations
  

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more
  
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures
  
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Current forklift operator certification preferred
  
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred
  
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory tracking preferred
  
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcode scanners preferred
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
